Your Independent Voice for Kingswood and Corby
Building Community Through Conversations
Your Voice - Local - Independent
I'm running as the only independent candidate because our community deserves leadership shaped by local needs — not national party lines.
I stand for:
Accountability – Clear communication, transparent decisions, and a councillor who answers to the people of Kingswood, not a party whip.
Competence – A proven track record of delivery, professional experience, and a practical mindset focused on getting things done, not just talking about it.
Visibility – I'm not just here at election time. I’ll be present in the ward, accessible to residents, and active in addressing local issues all year round.
I’m not running to impress anyone at party headquarters. I’m running because I think we deserve someone who’s willing to listen, explain things clearly, and keep showing up when things get difficult. That’s what real representation means to me.
Stronger Communities Start with Listening
Every part of Kingswood deserves a voice. Whether it’s street safety, housing repairs, or supporting residents through cost-of-living pressures, local government must meet people where they are. I’ll work with community groups, not just talk about them — and push for real action when things aren’t working.
Backing the People Who Serve Us
Too often, council workers are expected to deliver more with less. Bin collections, social care, road repairs — they’re all stretched thin. I’ll champion our local workforce and push for investment in frontline services, not just flashy headlines.
Strong Services, Accountable Delivery
People don’t expect perfection — they expect things to work. Missed bin collections, unanswered repair requests, or long waits for social care aren't just frustrating — they undermine trust. I’ll push for council services that are not only better managed, but also open to scrutiny. If something isn’t working, you should know why — and what’s being done about it.
“The best way to serve the public is to remember you’re one of them.”

Some people asked if it was a mistake—no party logo next to my name. It’s not.
